Specific attributes
- Qualifications - because the employee needs to be fully educated. Also qualifications are important because it shows the employers that you have been listening and attending school, college or university to be well educated.
- Experience - because employers always looks for experience because it shows that you have knowledge or have been used to working within that certain job.
- Good working procedures - because all the employees must know the working procedures because it teaches safety within the job and it shows that you are able to follow specific rules.
General Attributes
- Planning Skills - because it helps you plan what you need to do to achieve a goal and also helps you plan a specific deadline for any tasks.
- Organisational Skills - because being organised means you are able to work carefully and efficiently.
- Team Working - because if you’re listening to the members in your group or colleagues then it would help everyone else in your group to complete a task.
- Confident - because you have to have confidence to work well with others and it also encourages you to get into the job better but also it makes you outgoing.
- Determined - because if you’re not determined than you won’t finish your work or tasks that are set to a deadline and if you are determined then it helps get the tasks and job done on time.
- Leadership - because you have to be able to have that confidence to have leadership which would help when doing presentations or having group work.
